"Bodyflow allows beginners and advanced students alike to exceed themselves"

Leena speaks of her Bodyflow hobby with enthusiasm. She goes to classes regularly and has also participated to Bodyflow trips to Malta and Estonia. Leena has noticed that as the student's level improves, Bodyflow becomes more challenging. It is great to notice how one is able to do increasingly advanced exercises.

Leena met Janice Redman for the first time in the 1980's. Leena was an active dancer in her freetime, and one of the classes she took was taught by Janice. Moving abroad for some time forced Leena to give up her dance hobby. Instead she started to attend aerobics classes that did not require such regular participation.

Some five years ago Leena tried for the first time a new method that she knew combined elements from e.g. dance. The teacher happened to be a familiar face from two decades ago. Known for her phenomenal face memory, Janice called up Leena by her name and warmly welcomed her to class.

In Bodyflow, Leena appreciates the influence of dance and also the concentrated atmosphere. "Nobody answers their cellphone during class or babbles for nothing. Each students is concentrated on him/herself and you don't actually even notice the others during the exercises. Despite of this, every class bursts out in laughter several times. The ambience is, although intensive, very laid back and positive." According to Leena, Bodyflow is suitable to all those that have a good muscle condition – as well as those that aim for it. "In the advanced class, I sometimes feel like I don't have the energy for a single movement any more. But then I breathe deep for a few times and to my surprise, I'm able to continue!"

The more years pile up, the more the body needs the right kind of exercise, Leena has noticed. "After just two weeks of pause from exercise, I can feel my body tying up in knots." From now on, Leena will also find some help from the Bodyflow DVD, which allows one to practise on holidays, on business trips, and at home.
